About us
We are specialists in laser cladding
We have specialized in the surface modification technology laser cladding since the second half of the 1990s. At that time, laser cladding was mainly used in laboratories. This was the starting point for us to further develop the technology for application on industrial parts. From the laboratory of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the University of Twente, laser cladding has grown into the mature technology as it is used today.
With more than 25 years of experience, we have grown from a pioneer to a qualified specialist. We have a workshop in Hengelo (NL) with a 2 x 20 ton overhead crane. Furthermore, we have mobile equipment to offer onsite laser cladding.
What we do
We extend the service life of new and damaged industrial parts by laser cladding:
- Surface enhancement of new parts;
- Repair and improvement of damaged parts.
Services
- Workshop with 2 x 20 tons overhead crane;
- Onsite laser cladding using mobile equipment.
Quality
- We are ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO 3834-2: 2005 certified;
- Our laser cladding processes are ISO 15614-7 and/or ASME IX qualified.
